DAY ONE

REGISTRATION:

Your ID for Friday's event can be picked up at the registration table at the lobby of Motorola Mobility offices in unit 1800. You will not be allowed to enter the event unless you have registered for the free event on our Eventbrite page. Please arrive on time, doors open at 6PM, agenda begins at 7PM, and event ends at 9PM. You must show proof of registration, either on your phone or a printed ticket. 

PARKING: 

You can find parking at the Merchandise Mart, on the street, or park in nearby parking structures. You can also take Uber or Lyft to the Merchandise Mart. 

FOOD: 

We will be providing complimentary beverages and appetizers from Xipoc Catering. This will be first come first serve basis. 

WIFI: 

There is no public wifi available for attendees. 

AFTER PARTY:

There is an After Party hosted by IDSA Chicago and TEAMS Design that begins immediately when our event ends, details of the After Party can be found here. You can Uber or Lyft to TEAMS Design, if you drive, parking can be found on the street. 


DAY TWO

SCHEDULE: 

Schedules of the workshops and designers will be given out to our attendees Saturday morning when you check in at registration. They'll also be posted around the UIC School of Design, the workshops are reserved for 20 attendees, first come first serve basis. 

REGISTRATION:

When you arrive to the UIC School of Design, you'll be guided to the registration table. Make sure you arrive at 9AM. If you're a student, please bring your student ID with your ticket to verify your student status. Tickets can be printed or shown on your mobile.

PARKING: 

The University of Illinois at Chicago has various parking structures. The closest parking lot is on the corner of Morgan and Harrison streets. The parking lot is LOT 9 on 501 S. Morgan St. You can also take Uber or Lyft to the UIC School of Design, or take public transportation - the CTA Blue Line UIC-Halsted stop. 

FOOD: 

We will be providing complimentary beverages, fruit, and snacks throughout the day so that you're energized. Dinner will be served at 3:35PM, provided by Xipoc Catering. 

WIFI: 

There is no public wifi available for attendees. 

WHAT TO BRING:

Each workshop will supply the attendees with different materials, but you're encourage to bring a sketchbook and your favorite tools to sketch with!

LIVE STREAMING: 

We will be live streaming Friday's events through our social media platforms: Facebook and Instagram - make sure you follow us for the live coverage. As far as Saturday's events, we will be doing live coverage of every designer as they lead their workshop - throughout the day.
